Stretch, Stretch, Stretch

Stretching before your session is SO important to help be able to execute the poses I'm going to put you in to the best of your ability. It will also help you be able to maximize the amount of arch therefore making each and every pose that much more FIREEEEE!!!


I've linked below a 15 minute deep stretch yoga. Starting 2-3 weeks before your session (1 month if you're feeling up to it) I want you to take the 15 minutes to follow along the video!!


This is a great excuse for some me time; and some reflection. I highly encourage you to take this 15 minutes to reflect on what you want to get out of your experience. Allow yourself to feel all the feelings. The nerves; the excitement etc.
